Hexforx™ Limited 30-Day Warranty
Who and What Is Covered
This limited warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Hansen Design, LLC warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
What Manufacturer Will Do
If a defect in materials or workmanship appears during the Warranty Period, Hansen Design, LLC will replace the defective product without charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available under this Limited Warranty.

3. Customer is responsible for any shipping or transportation costs to return the product unless otherwise required by law.
What Is Not Covered(Exclusions)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Products used for commercial, rental, or leased purposes
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect product function
Damage caused by: Accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence; Alteration or modification; Improper installation, handling, or maintenance; or Shipping damage not caused by Manufacturer, Routine maintenance and replacement of non-defective parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty provided. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period stated above. To the extent permitted by law, Hansen Design, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss, and Hansen Design, LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
State Law Rights
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
